Our home is a Sandlin Homes El Dorado Signature Series with extensive customization. It is 3,544 sqft in size. Major customizations include:
- Adding a 4th garage bay as a riding mower bay and storage unit
- Extending the master bedroom and bath by 2’
- Adding a walk in shower to the master bath
- Adding floor to ceiling bookcases in the study
- Extending the back patio by 5’
- Adding a closet to the utility room
- Flipping a bathroom and making it en-suite with a bedroom
- Changing a front bedroom and bath into a living room and powder room
- Customized elevation
We started the process in May of 2016, signed a contract on June 1st, 2016 and expect to be in our new home in March 2017.
